🗓️ RESERVATION CONDITIONS

Every booking you make means a lot to us. Therefore, in order to organize everything with calmness, care, affection, and professionalism, we follow certain deadlines and conditions that help us coordinate our calendar, prepare every detail on time, and offer you the quality we commit to giving.

Our philosophy is to offer quality. That’s why we work with very small groups, to dedicate 100% of our time and resources to striving for excellence.

This implies that we need to confirm each course with time, so that all interested individuals can inform themselves and fit it into their schedule, and we can organize boat spots, gases, and equipment.

The following conditions for making bookings arise from this:

• In order to block the dates for your courses and activities, the full amount of the activity must be paid 45 days before its commencement.
• Should the diver decide to cancel the contracted activity, they must notify us at least fifteen working days in advance of its start. In such a case, the student will be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, minus 35% of said amounts, for administrative fees. If the cancellation by the diver is notified with a period less than fifteen working days before the start of the activity, the diver will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid; the payment amount will be held for a future booking for a period not exceeding one year, during which the diver may select a new date for the activity, provided there are available spots on the new chosen dates.
• In the event of annulment of the activity due to meteorological conditions, we will attempt to change the reservation to other dates or the full amount of the reservation will be refunded. Such annulment will always be decided by FS Dive Coach. We recommend that you look for accommodations that refund the reservation amount in case of activity annulment due to meteorological reasons. We do refund the reservation, but you might lose the accommodation’s reservation fee.
• Our expenses derived from travel (flights, diesel, tolls, subsistence, accommodation, etc.) will be paid on the last day of the course, dividing the resulting cost among all students.
• RAID certifications are issued upon completion of the course, provided all objectives have been met. The price of the certification is NEVER included in the course price, to avoid the thinking that since it was already paid for, it is guaranteed. The price of each one is detailed in the course descriptions.
• To avoid misunderstandings regarding dates, amounts, prerequisites, etc., reservations not made via email to support@franjosanchez.com will not be accepted.

Making the payment implies the acceptance of the conditions established above.

These General Conditions are subject to the applicable provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Conditions of Contract, and the Civil Code.
